It Still Feels Slooooowww..

Well I finnally got enough Ribby2 to show a picture.. but it still isn't much..

I'm sure it just *feels* slow because of knitting the 3 pieces in one.. but by golly does it feel slow!

I still like the yarn though.. so that's good. lol. And if you look in the picture you'll see my 6 colorful stitch markers... The yellow ones tell me where the seams would be if there would be seams.. and the others tell me when the stitch pattern changes from one type of ribbing to another.. (Or SS since I got to that part on the fronts. I'm doing the plain pannel fronts and ribbed back again.)

I'm getting somewhat concerned about that little pain I was talking about in my fingers.. Sometimes I try to change my grip and then the pain goes to my thumb.. But it's always the left hand.. so I'm not sure what I'm doing differently.. I don't remember having these pains before. Hm.

Oh well. You can't keep the knit down.

Very nice! I love the color. Is blue your favorite color, by any chance? Hmmm blue Ribbi, Bue toe, blue box, Pretty blue sky in the picture?? lol
The blog is blue too... and my walls.. and my furniture.. (Yes. My favorite is blue. lol.)

..Um.. about that blue sky.. You did see the rainbow in the picture didn't you? : P
Yes, i saw the rainbow...And it does look like it is out of the 50's.

I read on grumperina's blog that she is having elbow pain and is relating it to the cotton she is knitting with. Do you think it could be the Rowan cotton you are using for your ribby? I don't know why cotton would make a difference though
I find that knitting a lot of ribbing causes me pain. I was knitting a ribby cardi for my daughter and stopped for awhile for that reason. I didn't get pains knitting her shimmer shrug, but the pain started again with the ribby shell I was knitting at the same time. So, I'm thinking it's all that knit/purl stitching that is the problem. Her cardi is wool, my shell is bamboo - same pain.

I love that shade of blue you chose, it's gorgeous!
