-Kimmish.com v2.7 News-First of all.. I am now 21 years old.. WOO! BOOZE! (Ok.. not really... the only "booze" I've even been around since my birthday was a beer I bought for dad for his birthday. And the guy didn't even card me!! There is no way on earth I look older than 27.. but whatever.) I got some very nice gifts for my birthday.. The first and most special was from my dear husband, he got me a gorgeous necklace! It's especially special! There was another gift yall might want to know about.. but it wasn't just for my birthday.. it was for my birthday.. and Christmas.. AND for doing well in school. Wanna see? Sure you do. Click here then! Oh.. doing well in school? YES. I still have a 4.0 and I've been asked to join Phi Theta Kappa, which is a national Honors fraternity. Wooo for me! Fear my nerdyness!! Other than that.. I have a massive amount of knitting to get done by Christmas.. I'll be updating when we get somewhere. Just lettin yall know. -Kim- June 23, 2005: I just wanted to announce that I made my first website for someone else.. A professional website. Allthough I didn't get paid, we did some bartering that I'm quite pleased about. So check it out! That's an order! I know that there isn't much to it, but he wanted a simple website just to show what he can do.. I think I delivered on that. -Kim- April 3, 2005: I have started a new fancy Knitting Blog right here at Kimmish.com. It's even in the menu over there! (Fancy!) I'm still taking college courses and my second semester is almost over! Woo! Last semester I got a nice shiney 4.0, and this semester is going along the same lines. Hopefully I won't screw it up! In other news.. We've recently become mobile.. The state of Texas actually conciders Brad to be a safe driver! Woo! So we've been going places and getting things done, and Brad even has a job now. He's so proud of himself. He's actually teaching piano 3 days a week for a music school here in town. I personally think that's really nifty. -Kim- December 11, 2004: Man.. I really need to update more oftin. Lots of things have happened since I have. We're officially done with the INS for quite a while.. the only thing left is one form in a little less than a year. Brad is now a Conditional Perminant Resident. Woo! I just posted a Timeline for it all. We had our first wedding anniversary on September 27th. We had a really nice time going out to eat together. My 20th birthday was November 6th. Nothing much special happened though. I just recently completed my first college semester. I have yet to recieve my grades back though. My cousin Kelly (female) had her baby. Sydni Grace Mancill (Man I hope I spelled that right.) was born on December 6th, at 7:30PM. She was 7lbs 10oz. I'm exactly 20 years and 1 month older than her.. Man that's weird. I finished her blankie too, it came out pretty nice..  I also started a knitting journal when I started that project. I thought it was a nerdy, but good idea.. Especially if I ever want to make something twice. I'm sure I'll save myself alot of repeat mistakes that way. -Kim- August 17, 2004: Well we have a "new" computer now... Mom's work was givin out their old ones so she got one for us... It's a 500mhz Dell OptiPlex GX100.. Pretty nice especially compared to my old one... So we got the harddrive mess all straightened out... and I'm still waiting on yall to send me some more questions on Ask Kim.. In other news.. I've been knitting a gift for my (female) cousin Kelly's baby.. Hopefully she'll like it.... I'm really getting into this whole knitting thing... but I haven't even spoke of it on this site before.... For that.. I am sorry. -Kim- April 27, 2004: Well.. I have good news.... and really really bad news..... The good news is that Ask Kim is up and running again... woo!.... But the bad news is that my harddrive is at death's door and I might lose eeeverything on it.... I tried a program called Diskkeeper to defrag my drive... DON'T TRY IT! Almost all of the data is corrupt on it.... I'm hoping someone can save it... but as of right now I have a 1000 dollar paperweight on my desk... *sigh*... Sure.. you know it is.. ANnnnyways.. the update I have for today isn't something huge.. but it's probably useful and makes the site more "user friendly" as people like to say.. I've added a fancy new Site Map.. it happens to be in the "Kimmish Control Pannel" under where the menu is explained. This sitemap happens to be extra handy because.. not only are all the pages in the site linked on one page.. but they're also explained in my own little Kimmish way..
